Background Information :

In addition to advertising, we solicited bids for Acer Switch Alpha (specifications attached). We received bids from four (4) companies, which are summarized on the bid request tally sheet. Individual bids were as follows:

CDI – $33,099.00
Twin Oaks – $37,400.00
Central Knox – $31,943.85
Howard Technology – $33,405.00

Staff Recommendation:

I recommend approval of the Central Knox bid.
